- Getting started, we'll do an in-depth consultation to determine what you want to achieve from your diet i:e weight-loss, muscle growth, increased energy levels etc. We'll also assess your current dietary habits and develop a progress plan to move you from where you are now to your dream results.
- After that, we'll work with you to create a weekly meal plan that you will actually want to follow.
- Every 4 weeks we will meet with you to test your progress and make adjustments to your meal and training plan if it's needed.
